I do samei change mine from time to time not sure about the hrs ....i use the suction pump but mine only holds .83 of a pint

Perkins 4.236 with the Borg Warner velvet drive. I found some literature aboard that says two or three quarts. Thanks for the link. humm must went from ab- to O+ no more cholesterolDone, about three quarts of dark red out, 2.75 quarts back in. I'll run it over the weekend and check the level again. Looks bright red again.
