Mast hound for H31

I have a (soft) vang I'd like to install. What mast hound have you used on this boat?
I've checked with Rig-Rite (original supplier) and they want $200 for theirs.
That seems rich.

I don't know if yours is the same boom, but mine fits into the track at the bottom of the boom.

At the bottom of the mast the pulley is attached to a D- ring on the mast base.

Maybe check out Garhauer. They have bails that might work. I will be installing a vang also. I just mounted a heavy duty padeye on the deck just aft of the mast. I am mounting a Boomkicker too so the deck mounted pad eye was a good option for me.
