Check with a local rigger he may know where to get it or may know what to substitute

Most hardware stores have an aisle with a 1000 trays of nuts/bolts/spacers. You should be able to find something of some material (nylon?Delrin?) you can use. Fender washers? Looks like there should be a washer on the outsides of the shaft, also.

I made one for my 23.5 from 1/8 inch white HDPE sheet. I collected the old pieces and reassembled them enough to trace around. Cut out with a scroll saw, drilled hole, a little hand filing to fit. Going on it's 4th or 5th season now.

I sent you a private email. Check this site store as they might have them made for you. They are reasonable.

If I recall correctly, the spacer has a sorta capital D shape to it so it extends to the bottom of the recess and to the forward part of the recess (clearance less than half a rope diameter) so that if the lines a re slack, they can't jump sheaves. If the other side is OK, you could pull it and copy it. (twice, because if one failed, the other is not far behind) Good Luck

That is a good idea... but there is no other side :-(
