Those of us here on the East Coast are about ready to be dumped on, literally. In my area they are talking about 18" of snow!

I wish I was a lot further south sailing!

I am already feeling it.. ordered lobsters from Maine yesterday (a gift) and FedEx is late.. They are telling me that they will try to deliver them before 8PM.. Nice .. Strange thing to me is that there is no huge storm yet..

Well this time of the year with ample wind and cooler temperatures marks the best of our all year sailing season so after suffering through a long hot summer which lasted all the way into December I will be gladly gloating while sitting in the cockpit, having a cold one and wondering what you all are doing. Snow storm? What snow storm? It hasn't not snowed here in a week and a half. Rochester/Buffalo/Syracuse. Blasted weather man keeps talking about Snow Bands and I keep going out to hear the music and all I get is frostbite. 2 boat drinks please. Maybe that way I won't care.
