He came earlier for me, too. Replaced rotted core in my cockpit sole and thermostat housing on my engine.

Santa brought this gift for the Admiral. Night vision!

We have 2015 radar that I like, but we had to change anchorage at midnight, on Labor Day weekend, and make a shallow water, crowded by many boats, 40 minute ride to a sheltered spot. The Admiral was still nervous that she couldn't see the water.

This has a IR flashlight, snapshot, video recorder and beyond all... It Works!

Santa added this fun, safety device to our boat.
Jim..

It's funny. Every time Santa comes to my house my bank account balance goes down or my credit card balance goes up............

Let us know how Santa's gift works. Maybe he can make late trip to my boat in January if you think it works pretty well. I'm not looking for "military grade" or anything like that but it might come in handy for those sunset sails that go a little longer than planned.

I must have been a very good boy. Santa is bringing me a Cruising Light Air Sail, custom made with Blue and Gold checkerboard like the endzones at the USNA football stadium. The Admiral put in a good word for me I guess. Here's the pattern I sent to Island Planet Sails. :dancing:

OK, this may not seem like a sailing item, but I'm hoping for a Self Balancing Scooter. While I may use it for various circumstances, one thought will be for getting from my parked car to the boat. Were I sail, when the launch ramp is crowded, one ends up having to park a long way away after launching the boat. So cruising back to the boat on a self balancing scooter seems like the hot ticket, as it is small enough to just be carried on to the boat. Not to mention, I get to be the coolest old guy at the launch ramp.

Depends on your body weight. Most advertise 15 degree incline, but I've seen videos of much steeper. I would not ride it out on the dock - don't want to be a Youtube statistic.
