Water Intrusion

Hi,

I have a 42 foot Hunter moored in Chicago and I’ve got rain water coming in through the mast compression post, companionway, and one of the cabin ports.

I’m replacing the gasket on the leaking port but I don’t know how to track down and repair these leaks, especially from the mast. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Also, can anyone recommend a pro in the Chicago area who could help repair this and a small section of deck rot?
