By the photos attached, I have a few questions.

1. Water fill hose--how does one get those special ends on the hose or do you just order the size specific which would then come with ends?

2. Bilge bolts.nuts--what exactly do these 2 bolts go to? I am assuming part of the drop centerboard pendant but can someone explain this in detail please?

That hose cuff should be available where you buy the hose.
Those 2 bolts on the top of the CB trunk are for the sheave that the CB pendant runs over between the CB Pendant tube and the CB. (see pic below from a 222 and one of the block from a 26 (show both original and replacement)

Awesome thanks for the pics. I have never seen the keel in that way. I ordered a new pendant from D&R and I should probably order a new sheave as well. I'm paying a marina to lift it for me to change the pendant so might as well do the sheave. Thanks again!

Actually I don't see it on D&R's website. What are the fiberglass wedges for that they show on their website? Maybe I should order a new Centerboard PIN as well. They do show that.

O'day used a delrin pivot axle, held up into place by a wedge on either side of the centerboard. These wedges are held into the centerboard trunk by SS plates bolted on the bottom of the CB trunk.

Diagram showing CB pin and wedges...... Same basic setup was used on all K/CB O'Days 19'-26', and the DS II (1980-85), DS III, and O'DAY 19 (keel bottom pics are from an O'DAY 19).

Wedges are held in place by 2-3 stainless-steel screws.

Those cuffs are only needed on corrugated hose, which hasn't been used in marine water or sanitation plumbing in at least 25 years--and never should have been! Use flexible pvc--Shields or Trident #148 for your water fill hose. The standard size is 1.5". Warm the ends of the hose a bit (use a heat gun ONLY if you really know what you're doing with one!) and use dishwashing liquid to lubricate the insides of the ends of the hose and the outside of the fittings. Secure with a hose clamp and you're done!

OK so how does one get to those wedges to change and if D&R Marine doesn;t have the sheave what now?

I wouldn't worry about changing out the wedges and pin unless yours shows an actual need to be changed. I don't believe they are high wear items, especially the wedges.
I can see changing out the sheave. If D & R does not show it, give him a call. He may be able to tell you where to source it. You may need to pull it out and match it up.
