Boat purchased new 2004, original owner. For years, have noticed boat takes on some water in hull and must unscrew drain plug several times a season to release water (can't find where it enters hull). Now notice cockpit floor, especially near stern, is weak. As if floor support is weakening...rotting?? Any suggestions of ways to repair and strengthen floor?? Thanks.

Attached photo from below cockpit, looking in the 4" stern step-in opening port, looking toward centerboard trunk. We see no problems here, yet the ABS floor sags with weight on it from above.
