Fortunately, I don't think that's the right screen for your port. Give us a call Monday with the outside dimensions of the port and we'll hook you up with the screen, which should cost considerably less. 877-932-7245

Port Screens

Phil

Left you an e mail on the parts web site last week perhaps it didn't get through. I'm also looking for two screens for my 2005 H 44AC. Size is 14 3/8 x 4 1/4. Could not find that size on the online store.

You're right. Here is the correct one: 800091
H-1007277 PORTLIGHT SCREEN, 4-13/16 x 14-15/16 Available
10 business days from order to shipment $34.95

Better. But $35 is still a lot on money for a plastic screen....

Sadly there is no reasonable price for the Lewmar screens. But the SBO guys are the best at helping get them at the best price possible.
Do yourself a favor and buy the newer type. The older ones with with the ridiculous little tab that goes between the gasket and frame are junk. Every time you close the port they fall out. We even had a gust of wind come down the companionway and it pushed one out. Flew overboard and sank like a stone.

The newer type are more positive locking in into the port. And pricy yes - bought 8 of the darn things after fighting with the old ones and having a couple fly overboard

Parts like this, when a manufacturer is making them for Walmart, they're cheap. But in boat quantities, those efficiencies work against us. Just the cost of the tooling is probably $10 per screen when they run less than 10,000 units. That's my theory, anyway, because I don't see any of the manufacturers driving Bentleys. :)

Yup and you don't own a boat to save money. You do to build memories.
