Cost? What does it matter? You NEED it!!!!
-or-
That looks like it'll be kinda large to use as a tender for your H31.

Not the boat, LOL, although it is a nice one. I want the graphic sails.

Doyle will print on that on their new Stratus sailcloth. So will North on their new 3DI cloth.

Both are the most expensive sails you can get, but are pretty much bulletproof. 3DI is what all the Volvo sails were made of.

I have an Italian friend that has a spinnaker with the image a very attractive young lady on it; it's been banned at several regattas.

I'd post it here but them I WOULD get banned.

The lady on Firefly's chute is bare chested, but also a drawing vice a photo... I think Firefly's owner is Italian, is that who you are talking about?

No, but the owner of a boat like that would probably make a SWELL friend.

I have a logo that was printed (like silkscreen) on my B310 Chute, one color, black. Covers the top to mid girth section. Increased cost of the chute by one-third.

This is the J24 chute - same logo on the B310 but I don't have any pics of that one yet - it's new this season and the boat is still on the trailer - long story.

If you're asking for opinions on this graphic....I think you can do better... can't be specific but if there is a message in the scene... the volcano would be the focal point...so a palm tree would seem to remove the essence... the wave looks ghost like.... The colors are angry. If you had a pure anime' style it might work better with the wave and all.

The octopus sail was awesome.. all this is just an opinion and you know what they're worth.... I like anime stuff... so I encourage you to look at more examples...

Don't you think a complicated design like that would make it more difficult to trim your sails properly? Seems your eyes would automatically drawn to the picture's content, rather than the cloth shape.

Sails, of course.

At the Oakland Boat Show (Pacific Sail Expo?) last September, there was a company that would print graphics on sails. I didn't pay to much attention to them, but now I'm kind of curious….

Joe,

That was just an example of the style, I grabbed off Google. I agree I would like a less angry sea. I think I might call my local Doyle loft, and find out how much they really cost. I am thinking much more than my boat LOL.

Makes for a nice tax deduction though (not that YOU need to be told that)!
