Standard Horizon WS-1 owner manual

I need a copy of the owners manual for a Standard Horizon WS-1 wind instrument. Specifically I want to check out the masthead transducer electrically without removing it from the masthead so I need the test procedure. This unit has 6 wires going to the masthead transducer. The wind speed is working but the wind direction is not. Any help would be much appreciated.
