replace rope for furling jib

According to the manual for my 2000 H340 each jib sheet is 38' long and 7/16" in Diameter. Hunter originally supplied Samson LS line with my boat - white with a red fleck.

need to know what to take apart to take old rope out and install new rope for a furlex furling. thanks

Have you considered using Google to find the manual for your furler? Most everything is online these days. Good luck.

Most Furlex furlers have a torx bolt that holds the furling line in. When I did mine (on my previous boat), it was fairly obvious which bolt it was. The line goes through a hole and is kept in place by a bolt that squeezes it in there.
