Fairly arcane question for anyone with a Hood SL 900 series furler . .I meant to take one of the nylon screws that holds the chrome cover in place, home with me this w/e so I could replace the one that is stripped. Did not remember & I won't get the chance again since it is getting launched next week. Anyone have any idea what the nylon screws are? I'm going to grab some 1/4-20s as a stab in the dark. They are short Pan Heads, see attached from the manual.

They will be a b** to get to once the stick is up wince it is mounted under the deck. Not a fan of this arrangement.

I ordered them a few years ago from Hood (Pompanette), and they sent me Stainless steel ones. I believe, they are fine threads. I believe Pompanette has spares. Perhaps a phone call will help..
