Cleaned up the dink several weeks ago and treated with it. Rolled it up until today when i took it to the boat and inflated it. All surfaces are slick as "heck" causing some concern. Will sun exposure aleviate this? Did i use to much? Not sure i like this.....

Achilles recommends it for their inflatables. I did the bottom half of mine a couple weeks ago. Haven't payed much attention since, but its not slippery now. Its been in the weather on the foredeck - not much sun, but plenty of rain.

Yes, the 303 provides UV protection and makes the surface low friction to protect against rubbing and puncture. I do not treat my RIB floor with 303. In your case I would cut a section of astro-turf material and cover the PVC floor to provide you with better footing. Clean some spots with acetone and apply HD velcro to keep it in position.
