I have a 2007 H 31. I am the second owner. It is equipped with an isolation transformer. Do I need to install an anode also. I see none on the boat now.

Yes urgently, before it goes in the water, on at least the propeller shaft and propeller and adjacent to and connected to any stainless steel that makes contact with the water.
Use zinc for sea water and magnesium for fresh water.
