Congratulations on buying one of the finest boats in the planet!!
I would say, don't worry much about the "correct" curtain. Simply buy a bathroom one from a homes supply store, cut it at the required length and use the normal plastic fastenings.

PS: And let us know after some time using your boat your comments about it (her).

Congrats on getting a 361! We love our boat and had it for 8 years now, still learning. Shower curtain was one of the first things we did and we're still using original method of a big suction cup on the wall, Mrs. doesn't like me drilling holes in the boat. we then use a bungee string to the pole next to sink. Cut curtain to size, when not in use we hang it over the shower head. We also replaced the small button for pumping shower with a toggle switch, just don't forget to turn it off )

just wanted to let you know:
pickup on Bra D' Or lake, Nova Scotia, from St Peters to Baddeck Oct 21st 2014, was in 4-6ft quartering seas, northwest winds at 25knts +. Main and Genoa roller reefed at about 50%. No problems, handled waves well. Inspires a lot of confidence. should have asked before trip. Do you know where the emergency tiller is located?

Yeah, that's the Beneteau 361 spirit!!
Emergency tiller? Under the "helm seat" if this is what you mean. Unless you mean that metal T shape thing to turn the rudder. If there isn't one in your boat you can make one.
