Fuel Feed Pump for S2 9.2A

Hello all, our 1977 S2 9.2A has a diesel tank under the cockpit like most (that we had to get pulled via removing the engine a few years ago to clean and repair), and from there the fuel line goes to what seems to be an ancient fuel feed pump of some kind (where any label has deteriorated) and then from there to a RACOR filter setup of some kind then into a Yanmar 2GMF 13hp diesel engine.

The fuel feed pump right off the tank started making noises and vibrating and has ceased to function apparently (engine will not crank for lack of fuel). I cannot find anything about the pump (likely installed by previous owner).

Does anyone have suggestions about this pump or the entire fuel feed path from the diesel tank to the Yanmar 2GMF? I would greatly appreciate suggestions, links, part names or numbers, or whatever sage advice that you may provide!

it would help a lot if you could post a pic of the pump in question right now all we know is you have a 9.2a boat and a racor fuel filter and a 2gm engine and none of that helps with the pump at this point i have a mechanical pump on the engine block and also a electric pump further forward of that in the line for bleeding purposes but you say yours between the filter and the tank so a pic might help us figure out what you have
