I am having a hard time locating cable for use on my boat. I can find primary and duplex marine cable, equivalent to what you would have inside the walls in your house. I am looking for cable that is meant to be outside in the elements, for running power to a fixture for example, like the black one below: 
What would you call this? Marine outdoor duplex cable 20awg? Something else? These are waterproof, uv proof, corrosion proof, with two conductors inside, very pliable, and fairly thin (<5A). Don't care about the inside colors (I would still use if it wasn't yellow & red), but would need it to be a black jacket. It seems someone like Belden makes what I need and that this is a fairly obvious/common cable. I am looking for a pointer, a catalog, an online retailer, a manufacturer or a search key word that I may be missing.
