Any of you doing a Thankgiving sail?

The first leg of our cruise is wet and cold. Our land lubber friends never understand why we do this in the winter.

White City for the night using the 110 converter plug to run the central heat. After today I am going to make it a sauna in here to warm my bones

We actually came home Wednesday though, before the weather closed in.

Our Thanksgiving sail was today. 6 boats on a 4 mile course that we didn't finish because of the extremely light wind. Temps high thirties to low forties. Good sunshine for the first 2/3. No tropical looking beaches 'though. Actually, nothing tropical at all. Followed by OSU v UM. A pretty good day!

I went out Thursday but for only like 30 minutes just to test something. Had steering issues I need to work on. But I did go out today. Wonderful day, winds around 7 or so. Maintained boat speed around 3.9 so it was a very lovely, lazy, sail. Whoot!
