Check with Marlowe-Hunter. When i asked them about the same set up for my 380 - which would use a type 1 drive, they referred me to Grainger for the sprockets. I didnpt find a 57 tooth sprocket at grainger, but there may be other sources, and Marlow-Hunter might know them.

Renold Canada also makes sprockets.

Their Catalog shows a 57 tooth 3/8"pitch (#35) cast iron sprocket as a standard size.

Couple of things.
I am very familiar with the rotary drive setup in the 40.5 and 43.
The gear ratios are guides, but close matches will also work.
Here is why.
The rotary drives are typically intended to drive the quadrant directly, either through a chain spliced into the stainless quadrant wire, or an independent quadrant on the rudder shaft.
In both cases, the motor is somewhat heavily stressed.
On the hunter install, you are driving a gear on the steering wheel hub.
The wheel is already highly geared to the rudder through the radial drive.
Proof.... You can steer you boat wheel with 1 finger.
Yes,,,,, I know that there is more torque on the wheel rim than at the center of the shaft, but if you hold the wheel at the spoke center, you can still turn the rudder.
Now, what might be making things expensive is the type of hub you are choosing. I would consider looking at a Fenner Transtorque coupling, which will adapt gear flanges, and do a much better job of mounting gears on shafts.
Lastly, you MUST have stainless chain.
I bought a bunch of it for my install, as there is a minimum order.
You can pm me.
I would also get the gears chrome plated. Way Cheaper than stainless.
