Good morning, how do I share pics on this site?

Simple: if you want to add pics to a post, you scroll down and hit "Go advanced". Once there, scroll down a little bit and hit the "Upload photos or files". Once that window opens just follow the easy instructions to get into your own files.

Or, if the picture is already online ( like on Facebook or Twitter) , just right-click on the image in your browser, and select 'copy image URL'. Then when composing the message, select the 'insert image' icon from the tools and paste the link there.

If you're using an iPhone, click the little plus sign next to the Send button. It will give you options for attaching pictures.

What screen are you on Jackdaw? For the life of me I cannot find a tools button. I used to be able to cut-n-paste but that hasn't worked for a while.

Maybe its because I'm special.

But much more likely because I went into my Profile, under forum options, and turned on Advanced WYSIWYG editing! ;^)

Uncle Crazy Dave Condon had that very same problem a few weeks ago. I think he fixed it by maximizing the window. The button was being hidden. Or maybe (more likely, really) do what Jackdaw said to do.

if you dont have the tool bar, or all the "buttons" dont work, do this...

at the bottom of the dialog window that you type into, there are two buttons with different options,... after typing your dialog, click on the second button.....

once you click on the second button and it takes you to a new window,.... scroll all the way down... you will then see an option to upload photos from there.
(the actual procedure for uploading photos to this site is the same as for any other site, if you need further help with that specific task, just ask)

from the new window, you can preview your post, edit your post, upload photos, edit uploaded photos,.... and then preview again after making changes ...by just clicking on the "preview" button....
and dont forget to click on the "submit" button before closing the window

if you want to share a lot of photos, go into your control panel and create an album, or albums.... you can have a few hundred photos stored on the site for viewing by anyone... or set the filters so only "friends" or "private" (yourself), can view them...

I bet that the options are hidden under the "attachments" pull down menu.

EUREKA! I Found them.

For some reason they are extremely small, without my glasses it just looks like Schmitz on the screen, but when I high light them the label pops up. If I click on it the insert image dialog box pops up. Strangely enough I have the Surface pro and this feature only works on the Desktop mode.
