Fridge 40.7 First

Urgently need a photo or photos of inside the fridge on a 40.7 first.
My evaporator has failed and I don't think it was the original so am trying to find out what they looked like when they came out of the factory.
If you own a 40.7 and can get a picture it would be terrific.

Any help so so much appreciated.

My bad sorry... last weekend was a race week and I totally forgot.
