Does anyone know the proper size whisker pole for my 2000 Hunter Passage 450? I have the opportunity to purchase a Forespar 7-17ft telescoping pole for 300$, but I am afraid that it is a bit small for my boat?

I added one to my 44 and my marina recommended one size smaller that the sizes reccommended by Forespar. Their chart says 13-24 I got he 12-22 and now that I have it I wouldn't want it any bigger. To use it with my 110 sail I need to have it collapsed all the way.
