Question, when did Catalina start offering a built in autopilot on the 30+ ft models ?

Autopilots are usually installed after the factory, so the original or subsequent owners would have had to pay the extra cost of a "below deck" AP over a "wheelpilot".

It would have been an option in commissioning only, not a factory option. Or, as already stated, somebody added it hitch is the more likely scenario
