IPAD question

How have any of the posters in this thread been able to view their devices out in the sun? I've tried my iPhone and iPad , but can't see anything on them out in the cockpit.

How have any of the posters in this thread been able to view their devices out in the sun? I've tried my iPhone and iPad , but can't see anything on them out in the cockpit.

They suck in direct sun. We have three iPads, an iPhone and an Android and they all suck in full sun, even the latests and "brightest" iPad to date, the Air.. Under the bimini they are almost passable. The other major problem is the glossy screen which can give nasty reflections..
