Hull bottom sealer

Has anyone heard or have had this product put onto their hull bottom to prevent blister formation after sanding/drying the hull bottom and repairing any existing blisters? Trade name as shown below, google for more specifications.

My advice? When it comes to unproven hull coatings (anti fouling or otherwise)- don't be the ginuea pig.

For true slick, how about an antifouling wax coating? They were messing around with that for race power boats when I was a kid. Have they gone anywhere with it?
