Spreader Replacement 31'

I had the displeasure of speaking with someone at Rigrite this morning and I'm not to thrilled about having to deal with them! I am looking for a replacement for a spreader that has worn at the mast and causes pinching of the lazy jack wire. The site has part numbers for spreaders but none match mine. I finally got a person who gave me a correct email address so I could send photos and measurements to them but MAN....was she cranky! Is there anyone who can direct me to another company?

Thanks Fred Villiard....called them but would likely have to remove the mast base which is in good shape and is welded to the mast in order to use their spreaders. I'd also have to buy two in order for them to match.

No, your part is at RigRite and won't be found anywhere else other than salvage. Only-game-in-town customer service appears to be their specialty. :)

Heck you can drive to RigRite (RI) and pick up the part. I cannot imagine that it takes more than 30 minutes to any place in the state.

She probably will not be so grouchy if she see's your smiley face. :)

She always is. Just the cost of doing business with rig-rite.

I'm quite willing to go for a visit if I only knew their address. Of course it's not listed on their web site. Does anyone know where they are?
