Gonna put a track on my mast to store a whisker pole. Pole was $200,used, track $200 new, and this baby $330 plus shipping

Boat sails great as a sloop with the 135. Big improvement in light air over the Yankee/staysail. Pole will help downwind as without it we cannot sail below about 120 apparent.

good idea... I would like to see pictures of it when you have it deployed... on the boat I race on at a team member, we use my boat hook.... my boat hook had a point beyond the hook... what I do is place the point in the eyelet of the genoa, on the handle of the boat hook is and eye for storage... I attach the eye to a shackle to the mast, and use the jib sheets to control how much the sail slacks or tightens to catch the wind.... to nock it down all I do is let out the genoa or jib beyond the boat hook length, and it falls to the deck... it stays right there until I need it again because the handle is attached to the mast by a shackle...
