Please, I have a 1997 H376 w/ a deck solar panel. How do I determine if it is working? If it isn't, can it be repaired...or disconnected & how?? Many thanx...."Fair Winds...."

Mac, Thanx for the info. How does one access the underside of the panel or wires on a H376? Anyone else have some ideas? Where does panel connect to? If damaged, should it not be disconnected??? Thanx All
There should be a fuse near the batteries or 3-way switch to protect the wires should there be a short. get the panel in full sun turn off everything possible and note the system voltage (battery charger off BTW). Pull the fuse and note that the voltage drops back to battery resting voltage. If it does the panel is working at some level.
