Stanchion Rebedding

After the shrink wrap came off, I have a few stanchions that are loose at the deck. Is there a set of instructions or Youtube video that anyone knows about that describes how to rebed for a Hunter 38?

These are the guidelines I used for rebedding virtually everything on my 340, including stanchions. It's a bit of work, but well worth it I think.
