I thought it was in the manual. You have to loosen the wheels that are connected to the frame enough to pry off (very gently) the track cover. Then you lay in the new belt arount the rim that is under the cover and thru the tension gear. It takes the dexterity of a brain sergeon who has little bitty fingers and 3 hands. If that doesnt make any sense, them email me your address and if I have some notes or sketches that will help, I xerox them and mail.
check the screws on the pulley on the motor, mine were loose. be careful not to over tighten. If you get it all lined up perfect, it works sop much nicer.
