re-seal 322 windows

The windows on my 322 have lost some of their adhesive seal. The previous owner did a poor job of caulking them. Does anyone have experience with caulking the windows? Technique and suggested material?

The long plastic ones. I think only one of the three sections is leaking. I'm sure totally removing the window, cleaning it up and re-bedding is the best thing to do, but removing them seems likely to break them.

We had a problem with our windows leaking. We have previous tried to reseal but did not work. So we finally just removed both windows, cleaned and resealed. It's a long process to do without breaking anything but it still happens. If you do remove and reseal when putting back use a suction cup with some rope to pull to get a good seal.
