What kind of spinnaker? Does it look like this asymmetrical chute? If so, you just need to rig it correctly... the halyard block should be above the forestay hound on the mast... it should swivel. The tack, at the bow, should be adjustable so you can adjust its height, and the sheets should have "tweakers"... small blocks or rings with a control line that work like jib fairleads. The sheets are led outside all other rigging to allow you to jibe the sail by letting it cross over ahead of the forestay. The sheets should be 2 times length of the boat and led as far aft as possible, if you are using tweakers.
