Are there Zincs to be replaced in a Universal 25? If so where? I do know about the one in the heat exchanger.

Thermostate housing.
looks like a bolt. If it is like mine the only zinc available is WAY too long and you have to cut off about 2/3 of it to get the new one to fit. I saved the extra and used it in later years.
