Z spar block

I'd like to lead my halyards aft. I have an H23 with the Z spar mast. The main halyard comes out the bottom on a block but the jib halyard comes out the side of the mast. Can I get another block to put onto the bottom of the mast for the jib halyard? Where? Is it difficult to do? Is it necessary?Thanks in advance.

Moving jib halyard

Hi Mike, You can get a sheave for the base of your mast at West Marine, for just a couple of bucks... I'm not sure if you can get the pin that goes through the mast base at WM, though. I got mine from US Spars (http://www.usspars.com). Take a look at your mast base, and see if you think you can make the modification...
