You guys are in the south compared to some of us and our winter sucked this year. No major snow storms and it has been entirely too warm. I think it was colder in Florida a few times this year.

Next year I hope to be living aboard. I will reserve my whining for then.

you might be a sailor in the NE if-

the overflowing dumpster at the marina is attracting Polar Bears;

tennis rackets are considered footwear;

spring was Tuesday afternoon between 2 and 4;

it's suddenly okay to peel off MOST of the layers before using the head;

you touched your tongue to the compression post last week- and you're still stuck;

you measure snow depth in fathoms!!

that's all I got.... by the way, I'm skiing tomorrow- with a tow rope, not poles!! I love Florida!

LOL... The guys in DC/Annapolis got socked with far worse than anything New England saw this year...

Sorry, Cat, but I have a rule-

Never stand on a board on an incline- pretty much eliminates snow skis, snowboards and surfboards. And roofing.
