Any suggestions on parts suppliers for an old Yanmar 4JHE engine? I am looking for a lubricating oil cooler.

It is my understanding that Yanmar parts are distributed by territories. I'd use a Google search on Yanmar parts distributors for your area. Knowing where you are, you'd have a choice between the US and Canada, but prices may be lower in the, uhm, lower territories. :)

Yanmar limits where you can buy their parts. I would love to buy from Torrenson but can't now that I live in Florida. Search on line. I was acutally able to buy from a firm on the east coast recently but don't they should have sold to me. I like buying on line but the distributor I am suppose to buy from does not have that service.

Not in Washington State. They do heat exchangers.

There are a number of marine suppliers in Seattle, though. Who woulda thunk?:):):)
