My Hunter has the original 1980 Yanmar 2qm15. She works like an amazing charm, but I'm in need of water hoses that Yanmar doesn't manufacture anymore. Can anyone assist with finding replacement hoses? Thanks in advance.

Good quality automotive hot water hoses are ideal for replacements. However, the closely bent, preformed hoses are another matter. A radiator shop may be able to help with those.
Thanks, Ralph. I'll give your suggestions a try. The hose has two 90 degree bends at each end, may be a bit tough to duplicate.
I agree.. Take the hoses to a good NAPA auto parts store at a time when business is slow (you are more apt to get better help; not weekend, not Monday morning) and ask if they have something that looks like what ya have.. Sometimes it takes cutting and splicing, but you can most likely find some good usable hose replacements there.
