The service manuals and parts catalog for diesels are often online and free to down load. Try a search for Yanmar 2G<20f manuals. I was able to find them for my 3jh2e.
Look it up on Toad Marine. I would assume a new pump would come with a impeller and gasket. There are two type, Jasco which uses a o-ring and the other (can't remember the brand) that uses paper. No adhesive on the paper.
You might need to double check your engine serial number (on the faceplate at the front of the engine). If it starts with "E", then you've got a European manufactured engine and would technically be a 2GM20FYEU. Many of the parts are the same, but some are not. The first time I changed my impeller, I originally bought an impeller kit with a paper gasket, and to my shock and horror, I needed a different impeller and an o-ring.

I would expect the raw water pump on a 2GM20F to last almost the life of the engine itself if properly maintained, about 10K hours. It's extremely unusual to replace the entire pump.
Wildly overpriced impeller is part # 124223-42092 (Amazon search this part # for the cheaper ones)
Cover gasket is 124223-42110..
Ball bearings are 24107-062024, or you can get them from a local bearing supplier as a # 6202 2RS
The water seal is 124223-42080 or you can get it from a local bearing/seal supplier as a # TC13287
The numbers indicate a 13 mm bore, 28 mm OD and 7mm thickness.
Cover gasket is 124223-42110..

Hi, Getting back to you all about my fresh water pump on my 2GM20F Yanmar.
Pump was leaking from the seal in side around shaft. Rather then try to fix it I decided to just replace it. After second try finally got correct pump. It is ; Sea Water Pump for Yanmar 2GM20 3GM30 part number 128377-42500 128397-42500.
I installed it without issue.
