Y-valve o-rings??

Need to replace the o-rings on the swivel connectors on the y-valve for the head, holding tank, and thru hull from the head on our 1996 Oceanis 351. They have a square cross section. Any one know the valve manufacturer or where to fine the o-rings for the 351??
