WWP19 keel storage

I’m looking to purchase very Nice WWP 19 . When it was purchased by the previous owner it had been stored for 2 years with the keel locked up and the compression post 3/4” to short from a past repair . There are stress marks visible on the inside of the roof only .
Is this a serious concern to the overall condition of the boat ?

With the keel being "locked up" , for myself I would think it would not be a big concern . The shortened compression post would give me pause .
I would want to repalce it with one of the correct length. I would be looking into "why " the compression post was replaced . Leaking mast step, rotted flooring?
