Has anyone else relocated the genoa sheet winches to the sides of the cockpit close to the captains seat? I have found that singlehanding my 26X is difficult when having to tack, by having to release control of the wheel to reach forward and work the winches. by relocating farther aft, I now have control, while remaining behind the wheel. I did have to make access by cutting out a section inside and removing some floatation. I then put in some backing for the new location so as to support the extra load. Then I had to mount the winches at an angle to get the proper feed. The factory cleats are right there for cleating the sheet. Whadaya think. I love it. Ketch Yawl later. Gary
