Hi I'm the new owner of a Oceanis 400, the cabin table is rather wobbly. Is there some trick to making it stable, it seems hard to believe its mean to be this unstable. The legs clip in but yield alot of give and too and fro for the table. Any help appreciated

Did you ever solve this? I'm in P&S on a '96 right now, and felt very much the same issue.

Some of the 400s seem to have very spindly-legged tables that clip into the floor while others have a pair of table bases more like this. The previous owner upgraded mine to something like the one linked and I've been happy with its sturdiness. Beneteau may sell them directly as well.

Congrats on the new boat! Let me know if you have any questions. I've had mine for 8 years and it's been great. I've collected manuals, rigging specs, engine maintenance manual (if yours has the Perkins M50), etc. as well if you need them.

Thanks for the input! Yes, the unit you linked to looks more substantial. I'll look into it.

I'd love to get copy of the Manual, if you have it handy! The other piece I'm looking for is the Keel bolt spec sheet. The bolts aren't likely to pass survey as they are. Engine manual would be helpful, but she's got the Yanmar. (I ought to be able to find one.)
