WLL discrepancy on standing rigging hardware

I’m redoing my standing rigging (Catalina 25) and have a dilemma. So far the cheapest prices I have found are on a particular website that sells rigging materials and is not solely geared towards the marine industry which is why the prices are most likely better. Going to do 3/16” 1x19 stainless(316 alloy) on all stays/shrouds. Working load limit according to the website is 800 lbs which is comparable to other WLL’s for the same cable on other marine websites. The swageless turnbuckles for the same size however are rated at 400 lb WLL whereas other marine websites list them as 90% of the WLL of the cable they are sized to fit. Pictures look nearly identical and the measurements of the turnbuckles match up on both websites. Is there anything I’m missing here? Why would the working load limit of a turnbuckle be half of the wire it is meant to connect to? Prices are about half of the marine site’s turnbuckles which is why I’m debating it.
Thanks

That is definitely a “weakest link” dilemma. I suspect I know what the consensus will be ...

How do you like your mast? Vertical or horizontal?

You haven't provided enough information for a good response. Links to the the products would be helpful, however, rigging should be purchased from a reputable rigger. Some things are just too important to cheap out on.

Can you buy the wire and then go and get the better turnbuckles? Or perhaps that is why this vendor is cheaper.

It’s e rigging.com that’s the cheap one and defender marine that’s twice the price. I wasn’t sure if it was okay to name the names of the websites on the forum. Both products are 3/16” 316 stainless swageless turnbuckles. Yeah I could just get the turnbuckles off defender I guess. Pics and dimensions look very similar which is why I was asking. I was also perplexed that someone would make a 3/16” cable size turnbuckle that would fail at a significantly lower load than the cable itself.

Look at the Sailrite.com web site to compare?
