First year sailor and first boat. 33 ft mirage. I am winterizing. What is the best way to get the anti-freeze thru the engine. My boat is on a cradle and the batteries will not start the engine.

doprin, the only way that I know of is to run the engine with the intake hose (removed from the thru-hull) in a bucket of water (to warm up the engine and open the thermostat), then shut down, replace the bucket of water with a bucket of antifreeze and turn on the engine and run thru until the pink stuff comes out the exhaust. Therefore, you will need a jump start to start the engine a few times. So why not just charge up the batteries with an AC charger, then you're all set. Good luck.
