Winterizing

I recently purchased an older Catalina 27 with a Yanmar inboard. It was previously in a warm climate and I've taken it to an apline lake where it will certainly snow and freeze in the winter. Does anyone have suggestions or a checklist of necessary things to do to winterize the boat?

Be sure you've got the boat in a shed or make a good frame to support your tarp or cover so the snow doesn't build up and blow your tires on your trailer or warp the hull from the weight.
