Strip it!
Take everything off you can store. Cushions in particular enjoy being stored somewhere off the boat, in a well-ventilated area. Take valuables, clothes and electronics off (we got our radio and stereo amp stolen at a great boatyard--it can happen anywhere!). Wipe the whole interior down, and leave deodorizers and anti-mildew devices on board. Pump out the head one more time, or take the portapotti off altogether. And cover her, to prevent leaks.
