My H376 is stored in northeast MD for the winter. I've noticed that many of the boats with RF mains do not remove the sail for the winter (they do remove the jib). Any comments?

I take mine out -

it's easy enough to do, and both sails go to the loft for cleaning and inspection.

ditto for me! you should remove your main (and jib)and clean/repair as needed but most importantly air it out and get it really dry-a tightly rolled sail inside a mast is an invitation for mildew, and may also cause the fabric to take a set, dry it, flake and fold it and store it inside until spring
