Winter is almost here and my marina requires owners to purchase your own stands for all sailboats. I checked out Brownell but they suggest 2 keel stands which I find hard to believe since the 376 has a winged keel, how would that work? New owner moving up from a 18' catamaran makes me believe that someone may have a better way to jack the boat for the winter. Initial estimate for jacks on the 376 was almost $3,000.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Thanks, Tommy:confused:

Any other

Are there any other marina's around that may rent the stands instead of purchase them,I have always stay at a sailboat marina that include the stands with winter fee,but have seen marina's that do charge extra fee for stands maybe in the range of $100.00 to $200.00.
And with a wing keel the keel sits on wood blocks and 5 jack stands for my 2001-290

Seems that some marinas will do almost anything to get you to spend money. Having you purchase it saves them from doing so and leaves storage after launch your problem also. For $3K I'd add a little more and buy a custom trailer so I could store it anywhere.
