Window Temporary Fix

One more thing? This is the temporary fix
for the windows to make them watertight
in the Pacific Northwest Winter, until I have
enough to buy the fancy replacement ones.

As a temporary fix, an acrylic caulk would Have worked as well. The beauty of using this would be the easy cleanup, no adhesive to remove.

One suggestion pal, when removing the tape, use mineral spirits first, wipe dry & finish off with denatured alcohol. When replacing the portals, use this same approach to ensure a good surface bond.

The two part original portals are by design, A TOTAL FAILURE. Whoever the project engineer was, he should have been fired for approving this design. I fight this year-in-year out.
